Everyone’s taste is different. Do you prefer chewy cookies or crisp ones? Chocolate or lemon? Would you like a sprinkling of nuts on that? There are tons of possibilities for cookies, and here’s your chance to compare your favorites with those of students in other schools throughout Ohio.

Fill in the Snack Survey and Tally Worksheet below, using the total of the answers from the worksheets your class completed in Ohio Math Works Lesson #4. Remember to fill in the name of your class, the name of your school, and the name of the district or city in which your school is located.

Then press “send” to e-mail the completed form to Ohio Math Works. We’ll compile the results, and show survey preferences from schools across the state. Check back often and see how your class compares!
